Rates and billing format are discussed in a free consultation with an attorney. Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our lawyers and paralegals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. We bill by 1/10th and hour increments and round down when in-between them. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Both hourly billed cases, flat fee cases, and contingency cases will include costs that the client will responsible to pay. Examples of costs that will be included on bills are: filing fees,service of process fees, court reporter charges, and other third professional charges necessary for the progression of your case. Attorney rates fall between $400 and $500 per hour while Associate rates are between $350 and $400 per hour. Our paralegals charge between $100 and $150 per hour. Retainers must be paid upfront.
